HTB supports automated screening of cells cultured in 96-, 384- or 1536-plate formats and can be applied to multiple investigator-initiated applications throughout the academic community.
The core maintains the Ambion Silencer Select V4-library and houses instruments needed to process a large amount of samples in high throughput fashion. Our platforms enable genome-wide, sub-library or candidate gene screens. We support both plate reader assays (luminescence, fluorescence, absorbance) and high content microscopy. We also provide expertise in assay development and optimization.
The library is organized into three main groups: Druggable genome, the genome extension set, and the druggable genome extension set. The library consists of three individual siRNAs per target.
The library is available to be screened on 384-well plates
We can also help you with designing and ordering custom siRNA or miRNA libraries. Please inquire.
All projects are customized to a researchers needs. A typical workflow for siRNA screening is shown here.
