Leadership has become an increasingly important part of managing society as a whole and people’s daily lives. Good management is a prerequisite for the smooth running and success of business, the public sector, non-governmental organizations and movements, and political organizations. The purpose of the Leadersihip study module is to provide a multidisciplinary and wide-ranging view of the phenomena and nature of management and research information on management theories in a multidisciplinary framework. Studies include perspectives on gender ethics, collaboration, and strategy-driven leadership issues in a variety of settings.
