Panels will have both online and onsite presenters. Most of the panels have four presenters and last approximately 90 minutes. All the presentations should last maximum of 15 minutes which would leave 30 minutes to discuss at the end.
We decided to use Microsoft Teams as a platform for our conference as it allows interaction within the same platform. There's a free app for this but you can also use it on a web browser. The easiest to register for Teams is if you have an email that is compatible with Microsoft, Onedrive, Hotmail, Outlook or others. If your university uses Teams already you will see the University of Helsinki as an additional account in your app/browser. HEPP3 is a Team with a restricted entrance, meaning that only those users on the Team who are invited by the organizers can access the conference. If you are a registered speaker or a registered participant of HEPP3, you will receive an invite by email by 8 June.
