When registration opens for the HEPP6 conference, the link will be available on this page.
Below are the conference fees for HEPP6 (including at least coffees and a reception). Reduced fees apply for pre-doctoral, unpaid, and Global South/East scholars. You may inquire with conference organizers about reduced fees.
When you register for the conference, you may freely choose to participate onsite or online, regardless of what you listed when you submitted your abstract.
HEPP6 ONSITE: Normal fee – 290€ (early bird 240)
HEPP6 ONSITE (Reduced) or ONLINE (normal) fee – 190€ (early bird 160)
HEPP6 ONLINE (Reduced) – 120€ (early bird 90)
HEPP research group member – 35€
On the registration page, you will also have the option to register for the conference dinner (40€).
Participants are also invited to a conference reception hosted by the City of Helsinki. The reception is free for all conference participants, but you must register for it in advance so that the hosts can provide the right amount of refreshments. Here is their official invitation:
