Conference fees (including coffees, lunches, and a reception) are listed below. Reduced fees apply for pre-doctoral, unpaid and Global South/East scholars. You may inquire with conference organizers about reduced fees.
You may freely choose to participate onsite or online, regardless of what you listed when you submitted your abstract.
HEPP5 ONSITE: Normal fee – 290€ (early bird 240)
HEPP5 ONSITE (Reduced) or ONLINE (normal) fee – 190€ (early bird 160)
HEPP5 ONLINE (Reduced) – 120€ (early bird 90)
HEPP research group member – 0€
On the registration page, you also have the option to register for the conference dinner (35 euros) on 6 March and the conference reception on 5 March, hosted by the Faculty of Social Sciences. The reception is free for all conference participants, but you must register for it in advance so that the hosts can provide the right amount of refreshments.
