Pool expansion from DNA prep (price list below)
- e.g. Addgene pooled libraries delivered as DNA
- The DNA is electroporated to DH10B E.coli cells
- Minimum 1000 x library coverage of colonies is collected and processed as DNA midipreps
Making a pooled DNA prep from glycerol stocks
- Take your pick from our ORFeome library of 16 934 human and 1 758 mouse cDNA clones, TRC library of shRNA clones in lentivectors, or Sanger CRISPR gRNA library
- Commercial pool libraries delivered as glycerol stocks, e.g. Horizon Precision lentiORF Gene Family Libraries
Pool cloning of synthetized pool constructs (e.g. Twist Bioscience) to expression vector of your choice

In the case of viral vectors, we can submit the pools further to HelVi BVC for virus production.
