- Pool expansion from DNA prep (price list below)
- e.g. Addgene pooled libraries delivered as DNA
- The DNA is electroporated to DH10B E.coli cells
- Minimum 1000 x library coverage of colonies is collected and processed as DNA midipreps
- Making a pooled DNA prep from glycerol stocks
- Pool cloning of synthetized pool constructs (e.g. Twist Bioscience) to expression vector of your choice
In the case of viral vectors, we can submit the pools further to HelVi BVC for virus production.
