FIMM Meta Services

All open access services include short discussion and consultation for suitable method, sample preparation/delivery guidelines and prices and delivery of the concentration or peak area data in excel report and transfer of raw files upon customer request. Paid services do not include experiment design, statistical analysis, creating publication images or result interpretation. The analyses are always monitored with inhouse Quality control and missing values for certain metabolites or in certain samples can appear in all methods.

General info

The compounds measured with the methods are listed under each method. If the sample amount is very low and/or the matrix is new the detectability of the compounds of interest must be checked with a test sample before running the actual samples.

Results are delivered in an excel file. Fluxomics and 450+ metabolites methods are relatively quantitative and the results are given as peak areas. In all other quantitative methods the results are given in µM or other suitable concentration unit.

The raw files are also available if required.

Leftover samples are discarded unless otherwise agreed.

Raw data and all processing files are stored for 2 years after reporting.
