Clone Distribution

GBU manages and delivers clones from four genome-wide mouse and human library collections.

cDNAs: 

  • ORFeome library
  • MGC library

shRNAs:

  • Mission TRC1 library (Sigma-Aldrich)

gRNAs:

  • Sanger CRISPR library

These collections are available to researchers within the Biocenter Finland network.
