The clones are provided free of charge but a processing fee depending on delivery format is charged. Freight charges are added to the invoice in case of courier shipping.

Sanger sequencing is included in the price of custom shRNA and gRNA cloning, mutagenesis and Gibson cloning. We recommend sequencing for library clones before using them in experiments. Sanger sequencing covers a limited area around the cloning sites, whereas whole-plasmids sequencing covers the whole vector. We recommend whole-plasmid sequencing for all viral vector constructs due to higher recombination tendency.
