Sustainable journalism in a sustainable society – how can we make it happen? 23.1. at 13-16

Journalism is presently faced with two major challenges: finding new ways to describe the world’s sustainability challenges in a way that attracts large audiences and developing innovative business models that can ensure long-term financial sustainability.

In this event, sustainability researchers meet media representatives in a panel discussion to discuss the role of media in sustainability transformation. The event is also a launch of a new e-course “How to Run an Environmentally, Socially, and Economically Sustainable Media Company” with a global perspective on these themes. After the launch at 15:00-16:00, cocktails and coffee are served with some snacks. This is a great opportunity to share thoughts on the panel discussion and create foundations for collaborations between journalists and researchers.
