Registration to the Nordic Natural Products Conference 2023 is open until June 1. Please find below the registration link and all relevant information. If you have any questions, please contact us (nnpc2023@helsinki.fi).

Registration fee (150€) includes

  • Admission to the full conference programme: lectures, poster sessions and sponsors exhibit hall
  • Conference materials
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Welcome reception on 14 June  

Cancellation terms
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the NNPC 2023 Organizing Committee at nnpc2023@helsinki.fi. Cancellations before and on 15 May 2023 will be refunded in full deducting administration costs of 50 EUR. After 15 May 2023, registration fees and dinner tickets are non-refundable. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference. 

Special dietary requirements
Please remember to indicate in the online registration if you have any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, allergies etc.). 

Travel documents and visa requirements 
Participants are responsible for checking travels documents and visa requirements to enter in Finland (https://um.fi/visa-requirement-and-travel-documents-accepted-by-finland). Participants who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. An invitation letter will only be issued upon completion of registration and receipt of the full payment of the registration fee. This invitation letter does not involve any commitment by the NNPC 2023 Organizing Committee to cover fees, accommodation, travel expenses or other costs associated with participation in the Conference. In case the visa is not granted, the participant is entitled of a full refund of registration fee, deducted of the administration costs of 50 EUR. This will only be done if the visa was applied for in time and proof is given that the visa could not be granted even though all requested documents were submitted. 

Consent for data handling
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we need your consent in order to collect your registration data. By registration, you give a consent to the University of Helsinki to handle your personal details in accordance with the Personal Data Act and other Finnish legislation. Without your consent we cannot collect your registration data, and thus registration is not possible.
