Registration is now open and please register through the link provided in the detailed registration instructions presented below the summary details. Registration fees and what they include are presented in the following.

The registration fee includes academic and social activities (welcoming reception, lunches and coffees at the venue, city reception (separate registration, first 150 persons accepted), gala dinner and guided tour at the Oodi central library. The companion fee includes the same except for the academic activities. These fees include VAT but not possible payment charges. 

'Non-organized' activities are not included in the registration fee (day cruise or island walk). 

Visa support letters are handled through the registration system. Visa requirements and travel documents accepted can be checked at this link.

Cancellation policy

- For cancellations made by or on 15 May 2024, full refund (50 EUR handling fee will be deducted).
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 15 May 2024. Full payment needs to be made also if fee has not been paid at the time of cancellation.
- No-show is not considered a cancellation. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.

The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.
