On the 18th of May 2022, a dinner buffet in m/s Finlandia will be arranged for participants of ICON 2022. Please note that space is limited to max. 480 persons and the registration must be done at latest 18.4! The cruise will take place from 14:30 to 21:00.

Tickets will be given at the registration so pick up your registration badge from the conference venue before boarding!

All participants are kindly asked to present their passports or identity cards at the site to participate in the cruise. This information is also requested already for the reservation and your confirmation of your booking.
On the 19th of May 2022, a Honorary Reception by the City of Helsinki will be arranged for participants of ICON 2022. It will be held in Helsinki City Hall in Pohjoisesplanadi 11-13, 00170 Helsinki. The reception will take place from 18:00 to 20:00.
The Helsinki City Hall was designed by C.L. Engel as a hotel in 1833 and the building has been the City Hall since the 1930s. The Helsinki coat-of-arms can be seen on the tympanum.
On Saturday, participants will have to opportunity to let loose at Night Club Maxine! The club and the bar has been booked for ICON2022 from 20-22, after which you can stay at the club at your own cost. Note that the club can be rather crowded at a later point so better get there on time.
Maxine is conveniently located in central Helsinki by the Kamppi metro station in the Kamppi shopping mall. Being situated at the top floor, the club offers a cool view over the city center and the Nordic summer night! Entrance from Narinkkatori, then take the elevator to the sixth floor.
