Presentation and Poster Instructions

Presentations:

*Each presenter will have 15 minutes for their presentation. This includes 10 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for Q&A. 

Please note: times limits will be strictly adhered to. 

*Prepare your presentation, preferably as a PowerPoint or as PDF. We ask the presenters to enter the session room 15 minutes before the start of the session to deliver their presentation, via a thumb drive/USB stick. Conference rooms are equipped with projectors and computers.

Please note: 1) There is no need to submit your presentations to us via email; 2) it is not possible to use your computer to deliver the presentation.

 

Posters:

*The poster should be AO size with clearly readable text with a font size between 34-90 points. 

*Posters can be hung up on Monday afternoon (3 June 2024) or Tuesday morning (4 June 2024). Posters are on display in the Agora room located on the 1st floor of the University of Helsinki Main Building (Fabianinkatu 33). 

*Posters will remain on display during the conference and MUST be picked up on Thursday afternoon (6 June 2024).
Conference venue

The conference will be held at the University of Helsinki City Centre Campus in the Main Building, entrance from Fabianinkatu 33.
