This vibrant event is back for the third time, bringing even more to enjoy! It features delicious offerings from local food producers and fun activities for kids. No show fee - 15 € to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. No food servings / warm food – food that is competing with CoolHead in the event.

Finlande Sauvage

 

Finlande Sauvage (English: Wild Finland) is a small company founded in 2025.
The company harvests wild mushrooms mainly from the forests of Southern Finland. Detailed records are kept for every harvested batch, including forest type, mushroom species, harvesting date, collection area, weather conditions, and pickers involved.
The business is based on local foraging and the careful handling of wild mushrooms.
The mushrooms are air-dried in the company’s Tuusula facilities at room temperature in small batches in order to preserve their flavor and quality. Part of the dried harvest is then ground into flavorful mushroom powder.
Available products include chanterelles, funnel chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, and mushroom powders made from these species, all of which are excellent for seasoning and enhancing a wide variety of dishes.

Uoma Wild & Sour is a diverse, two-person, small scale producer started in 2022. We produce small batches of foodstuffs like Masu Nettle Kombucha, pickles and kimchi. All our products are based on the wild and cultivated plants from the garden of Uoma Earthcare. We operate in Vantaa with the goal of increasing microbial activity in the soil and through that growing healthy plants and delicious food. It’s essential for us to both improve biodiversity and our well-being as humans. Our products have a wild twist to them and in Nettle Kombucha that twist is, surprisingly, nettle. At the moment, we sell products mainly from the farm and via Reko rings. We also participate in certain regional events. We are a local association hosting a tree garden in Viikki science park, were we practice permaculture. Our speciality is in planting edible gardens and our focus in the food fair is to sell seedlings, seeds, courses and grant free access to our local forest garden where people can test permaculture. 
Our association is currently building edible gardens to local kindergardens and figuring out what does play looks like in growing environment for kids and adults alike.
