Uoma Wild & Sour is a diverse, two-person, small scale producer started in 2022. We produce small batches of foodstuffs like Masu Nettle Kombucha, pickles and kimchi. All our products are based on the wild and cultivated plants from the garden of Uoma Earthcare. We operate in Vantaa with the goal of increasing microbial activity in the soil and through that growing healthy plants and delicious food. It’s essential for us to both improve biodiversity and our well-being as humans. Our products have a wild twist to them and in Nettle Kombucha that twist is, surprisingly, nettle. At the moment, we sell products mainly from the farm and via Reko rings. We also participate in certain regional events. If you’re interested in weekly or bi-weekly food bags, containing fresh seasonal veggies, you can join our Korsokassi clan. Our Masu Nettle Kombucha has gained a cult following, especially in and around the kingdom of Korso. Come try our Masu Nettle Kombucha. Come meet us in our bubbly corner!
