Appointments are available on weekdays between 7.30–16. Appointments for the physiotherapy are also available in the evenings and on weekends.
Appointments at the Small Animal Hospital (Viikki) can be cancelled by completing the relevant electronic form below. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment (also fysiotherapy)! Later cancellations must always be made by phone (02941 57201) on weekdays from 8.00 to 15.30. No-shows will be charged double, the office fee or half the price of the planned procedure. This also applies to physiotherapy sessions.

You can cancel your appointment at the Equine Hospital at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For more urgent cancellations, please notify us by phone during our opening hours or by email outside opening hours. A fee of €64 will be charged for appointments that are not cancelled or are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. This policy also applies to physiotherapy and farriery appointments.

The Saari Clinic of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital provides basic veterinary services and on-call veterinarian services for all animal species as well as special services for production animals.
