Our group is interdisciplinary and we encourage applications from individuals from a variety of educational backgrounds. As we analyze, intergrate and manage large-scale biomedical data, mathematics and computer science related expertise, such as machine learning, optimization theory, numerical analysis, multi-variate statistic and software engineering, is desirable. Some knowledge on biomedicine, genetics or other biology related fields would be an asset but not required.

Please contact Sampsa Hautaniemi for more information.
