The group was launched in 2006, since then we have been dedicated to exploring various aspects of PhD. experience, and factors influencing on it, to contribute to advancement of doctoral education. Since 2013 we have been expanding our investigation into studying PhD. careers within and beyond the academia. We are specialized in multimethod systemic cross-country designs. Currently, we are running cross-country studies on PhD. experience, doctoral supervision, and PhD. careers beyond the academia, in collaboration with our international partners.
