Report: Transitioning into Local Urban Food Systems - Lessons learned from the Food SystemiCity programme

This report gathers the lessons learned during the programme, especially focusing on opportunities and challenges in the transition into local urban food systems.

Food SystemiCity futures map

The futures map developed by Aalto University in collaboration with the other Food SystemiCity programme partners and stakeholders is a tool to help identify new business opportunities in the urban food systems. 

Food SystemiCity co-creation process model

A process model for facilitating co-creation of join offerings between food and build environment actors, developed by Viikki Food Design Factory from University of Helsinki based on the experience during the programme. 

Food SystemiCity mentoring model

The mentoring model developed by VTT for the Food SystemiCity programme can also be applied to other mentoring programmes.
