Climate Festival in Think Corner

Welcome to the festival for climate research and public opening of INAR (Insititute for for Atmospheric and Earth System Research) on 25th of May in Think Corner (Yliopistonkatu 4, Helsinki).

The Festival starts in the early morning with morning coffee, porridge and research library, where anyone can borrow a researcher for morning coffee company. The main opening ceremony takes place at 12:00 with speakers from within the brand new institute and important names from the society. The day continues at 14:00 with arts and science presentations and chosen talks on interesting topics around climate and earth system research. The funniest bits and pieces of research experiences from around the world will be heard during the after work, when INARians tell the best stories from their campaigns. The talks and programme are partly in English and Finnish, and who knows what other languages are needed?

The whole event is free for anyone, but registration is needed for the morning coffee and porridge.

More information on the program and speakers on INAR webpage. The Festival is part of the Hope for Globe series of Think Corner, more on the series and in Think Corner webpage.
