Our Faculty is located on Viikki Campus in Helsinki, which includes the Viikki Research Farm, Viikki Plant Growth Facilities and the Viikki Arboretum. The Ruralia Institute operates in Seinäjoki and Mikkeli. The Hyytiälä Forestry Field Station in Juupajoki located in Pirkanmaa specifically serves research and teaching related to forest and atmospheric sciences.

Instrument Centre

The Instrument Centre coordinates activities related to the acquisition, maintenance and repairs of the research and teaching equipment of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry, as well as its property affairs. In addition, the Instrument Centre is responsible for maintaining the Faculty’s isotope unit.

The radiation safety

The radiation safety of isotope use is coordinated by Senior Engineer Aarno Pelkonen.
