You can register to the workshop by filling the registration form.
Registration for keynote speakers is open until 16 July 2023. Regular workshop registration is open until 31 July 2023.
Keynote speakers do not need to pay for the conference dinner or the conference registration fee. Speakers, please write your abstract in an editor and copy it into the section for the abstract.
The junior participant price of the conference dinner applies to graduate students and can be offered only for the first 40 junior participants.
Please note that if you cancel your registration by 31 July 2023 you will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, minus a 50 € administrative charge. Refunds are not available after 31 July 2023. The conference dinner fee is refundable until July 31st.
Registration is always binding. Payment occurs immediately. By paying the fees you accept the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Fees are payable with a credit card, mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto), or through an online bank transfer (Finnish banks). Payments are made through the Verifone Finland Oy, BlueCommerce website.
