Programme

We plan to start the talks on 9 am on Monday August 14th. The conference ends by 4pm Friday 18th. Most participants will choose to arrive Sunday August 13th  and leave Saturday 19th. 

There is a conference dinner on Thursday evening that will also celebrate Mario Bonk turning 60 this year. Wednesday afternoon will be free of talks and is an opportunity to socialize and explore the city. We may organize small, optional and informal guided activities for this afternoon.

• Talks will take place at University of Helsinki, in lecture hall P II in the Porthania building. This is located on Yliopistokatu 3.
• The city reception is included in your registration and takes place at the city hall, Pohjoisesplanadi 11–13.
• The conference dinner is at Hotel Arthur,  Vuorikatu 19.
