Participation on Wednesday (Feb 14) 150 €/person + VAT 24% (in total, 186 €)

Participation on Thursday (Feb 15) 100 €/person + VAT 24% (in total, 124 €)

 

The registration fee includes:

- entrance to the conference sessions for the selected days, incl. coffee breaks, lunches (Wed, Thu)

- all food offered is vegetarian, incl. vegan options

- City Reception on Tuesday evening for all participants

Cancellation policy

Before 29.1.2024: 50% refund minus administration fee 20 €, name change of participant is possible.

30.1.2024 and after: no refund in case of cancellation.
