The meeting will be held in , a modern congress venue located right in the heart of Helsinki and offering exceptionally flexible facilities with the very latest technology.

Accessibility

The meeting rooms of Marina Congress Center are all accessible, except for Europaea meeting room. 

In Europaea wheelchair users can stay in the galleries (before the stairs), from where there is a view of the screen. . The lower platform of Europaea can only be accessed by wheelchair through the back door of Europaea (from the outside.)

There are small thresholds in some rooms and the upper floor can be reached by elevator.  Accessible toilets,  1 for men and 1 one women , are located in the Europaea foyer on the entrance floor. The width of the toilet door is 90 cm.

The Congress Center has its own entrance for wheelchairs.

The conference dinner on Thursday 23.5. will be held at , just around the corner from Marina Congress Center. Wanha Satama is easily reachable by public transport and offers unobstructed access. The entrance to dinner will be through hall G.
