Conference registration fees include:
Conference Dinner is not included in the registration fees. Tickets can be purchased when registering at EUR 90 (VAT included).
100 % payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation. No-show is not considered a cancellation. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind so please check the validity and coverage of your own travel insurance.
The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such a case, the organising committee reserves the right to decide about refunding of paid registration fees.

The organisers have reserved accommodation for May 21-24 in hotels close to the conference venue.
The room rates given below are only valid for bookings made when registering to the Conference via our online registration form.
Hotel room rates are in euro (€) and the rates given are per room per night. The rates include buffet breakfast and VAT. A one night deposit payment is required in advance to confirm a booking.
Delegates are free to make their own accommodation arrangements but availability or prices cannot be guaranteed.
NOTE! There is a limited number of accessible rooms available at hotels Scandic Grand Marina, Scandic Park and Scandic Grand Central. These rooms are meant for participants with spinal cord injury only. Transportation to the conference venue will be arranged on conference days from Scandic Park and Scandic Grand Central in the morning and back in the afternoon 30 min. after the last session has finished.
There will be no refund for no-shows. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
A shortened stay will be considered a late accommodation cancellation and the hotel has the right to charge for nights cancelled.
