Please note that the registration form and the abstract submission form are combined. In case you are planning to submit an abstract, please follow the instructions carefully and have the abstract ready at the time of registration.
Please register for the YIM and main meeting by completing the registration form. A registration fee of 200€ / person will apply and be invoiced via your home institute's administration. This fee covers participation, catering (lunch and coffee breaks) and the gala dinner.

We warmly encourage the participants to submit an abstract. The Scientific Committee of the Partnership Meeting will review all submitted abstracts and select 16-20 abstracts to be presented as flash talks in addition to a poster presentation.
Abstracts are limited to 250 words and should be prepared using the template provided. Download a Word-document version of the template to prepare your PDF file of the abstract and please follow the template as accurately as possible. The abstract should then be converted to a PDF format and only the PDF file can be submitted.
