The conference fees include admission to the conference and the conference dinner and evening programme, held on Wednesday evening at the Suomenlinna Sea Fortress.

In keeping with NCRE tradition, participants presenting papers are invited to submit a full paper for peer review based on their accepted abstract. This practice has been greatly appreciated at previous conferences, and we are pleased to continue it for NCRE 2026.
