Posters B57-B107 should be mounted on Monday (August 20, 2018) after Session 6 and removed on Tuesday (August 21, 2018) after Poster Session II.
“P” stands for a Plenary Talk, “I” for an Invited Talk, and “C” for a Contributed Talk.

Oral presentations
Presentation should be in .pptx or .pdf format.
Speakers must adhere to their allotted time for speaking and answering questions, as a courtesy to other speakers and the audience.
Speakers can use their own laptops during presentations. The onsite presenting equipment supports both VGA and HDMI display connection systems. Mac users are supposed to bring the appropriate adaptor (either to VGA or HDMI system).
Whenever possible, presenting authors are encouraged to check their presentation before their sessions are scheduled.
Posters
There will be two poster sessions: Poster Session I (Monday, 20 August 2018) and Poster Session II (Tuesday, 21 August 2018). Posters B01-B56 should be mounted on Sunday (August 19, 2018) before the beginning of Session 1 and removed on Monday (August 20, 2018) after Poster Session I. Posters B57-B107 should be mounted on Monday (August 20, 2018) after Session 6 and removed on Tuesday (August 21, 2018) after Poster Session II. Each poster will be assigned a board number and must be mounted on the assigned board. The list of posters will be given in the Book of Abstracts.
Organizers will supply materials for mounting posters on the boards. The poster board orientation is vertical and its size is A0 (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches, width x height). This size specification must be strictly adhered to when preparing your poster.
