Conference fee
The conference fee is €150 including value added tax (VAT). The fee covers refreshments on all three days, conference reception, and the conference program.
The IFPM5 conference is an in-person conference. We have learned during and after COVID that online conferences have many disadvantages regarding limited communication and that meeting in person creates a much better scientific exchange. If it is impossible for you to attend the conference in person for specific reasons, we will try to offer a hybrid solution in exceptional cases. If this is the case, please get in touch with us and your Panel Chair and give us a short statement explaining the reasons (e.g., family issues, costs, competing schedules, etc.)..
Note that there is no registration reduction for online participants.
Cancellation of registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference team: ifpm5@helsinki.fi
If you cancel your registration by 15 March 2024 you will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, minus a 50€ administrative charge. Refunds are not available after 15 March 2024.
Invitation letter
Invitation letters for visa purposes are available only to registered participants. You will have the option to request an invitation letter in the registration process. Registration must be complete, and payment received in order to receive your invitation letter.
