In addition to comprehensive and ongoing technological change, these trends include e.g. the transition of teaching to the online space, increase in data volumes, the development of analytical methods and the open publication of scientific results and research data.
These changes enable many opportunities for developing digitalization at the University. The full realization of these opportunities requires strong cooperation across University units. Important issues are often less IT-centered, which means that changes also require changes in processes as well as decisions about prioritization.
