Our IT Helpdesk supports University staff and students with instructions and via chat (weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., chatbot 24/7) at https://helpdesk.it.helsinki.fi/en. IT services for University staff and students cover e-mail and workstations, support services for researchers and teachers, teaching and study rooms, extensive user support, information security, and much more. The IT Center serves as a centralised hub for the majority of the IT services used by University staff and students.
