The University has 40,000 students and researchers and 11 faculties conducting groundbreaking multidisciplinary research on sustainability. Our objective for 2030 is to be an attractive multidisciplinary hub of sustainability science and teaching that enjoys international recognition.
What is sustainability science?

Sustainability science is an interdisciplinary, solution-oriented, problem- and phenomenon-based research field that examines interactions between humans and the rest of the nature. Its goal is sustainable wellbeing for the environment and humans.
