Varning: Bluffmejl
En del deltagare i NOLS 2025 har fått bluffmejl om hotellbokningar med begäran om bekräftelse (skickade under namnet Global Travel Experts). Global Travel Experts har ingen relation till symposiet NOLS 2025. Liknande mejl har skickats ut också till deltagare i andra konferenser. Det handlar om en bluff: Svara inte på dessa mejl, ge inte ut personlig information, klicka inte på några länkar.
Arrangörerna för NOLS 2025 har inte delat adresser varken till detta eller andra företag. Vi publicerar inte heller deltagarnas e-postadresser på webben. Vi rekommenderar att ni blockerar de adresser från vilka bluffmejl skickas ut, samt markerar meddelandena som spam. Dubbelkolla med oss på nols2025@helsinki.fi innan ni svarar på andra mejl som påstås ha koppling till konferensen.

Some participants in NOLS 2025 have received a scam email concerning hotel reservations requiring confirmation (sent under the name Global Travel Experts). Global Travel Experts has no affiliation with the NOLS 2025-symposium. Similar emails have been sent to participants in other conferences. It is a scam: Do not respond to these emails, provide personal information or click on any links.
We have not shared email addresses to this or other companies. We do not publish participants email addresses on the internet. We recommend that you block the addresses from which spam mail is sent and mark the messages as spam. Book your hotel only through trusted actors, see for instance hotels listed on the University of Helsinki- visitors page https://www.helsinki.fi/en/about-us/visit-us/guide-visitors Double check with us on nols2025@helsinki.fi before you respond to emails claiming to be associated with NOLS 2025.
