Hanna-Mari Pienimäki took part in a summer school course organized by the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. The five-day-long course was called Communities of language in a Nordic context and it was organized in August 2017. Hanna-Mari Pienimäki gave a poster presentation with the title ”Language professionals as regulators of academic discourse: Language norms and ideologies influencing regulatory practices”. The course participants were Nordic and international PhD students interested in sociolinguistics, multilingualism and language policy.
