Cultivating Expertise in Learning of Life Sciences

Cul­tiv­at­ing Ex­pert­ise in Learn­ing of Life Sci­ences – Advancing Learning and Teaching at University

We study pupils' conceptual learning in secondary school level and the development of expertise in higher education, in the context of life sciences. In addition, we focus on the pedagogical expertise of life science university teachers. We utilize mixed methods approach, such as eye-tracking and interviews and both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
