seeks to use Earth observation and associated tools and assets to decrease regional tensions and the risk of instability and state failure by ensuring that evidence-based food supply prediction and agricultural risk estimation are available to all people including those that are living in regions where shortage of food supply is increasing due to climate change, population growth and economic growth, and inequities due to lack of access to relevant data for accurate decision making.
