RESDOC Framework and Funding

RESDOC is co-funded by the MSCA COFUND programme under Horizon Europe and the University of Helsinki. All selected applicants will carry out their research and studies at the University of Helsinki in Finland. RESDOC provides doctoral researchers with a structured, well-supported research and training environment aligned with European standards for researcher development leading to a doctoral degree awarded by the University of Helsinki in Finland.

The are the European Union’s reference programme for doctoral education and postdoctoral training. Since 1996, it has supported more than 150,000 researchers at all career stages, helping them gain international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral experience while contributing to scientific excellence and innovation. 

MSCA COFUND supports high-quality doctoral and postdoctoral training programmes across Europe by:

Through MSCA COFUND, RESDOC provides doctoral researchers with a structured, well-supported research and training environment aligned with European standards for researcher development leading to a doctoral degree awarded by the University of Helsinki in Finland.
