11-15 Nature quiz for the whole family
Do you recognise animal tracks in nature and know what fish do in winter? Come and learn more about nature by participating in our nature quiz out in the wintry nature. The quiz is done on your own according to your own timetable (Finnish and Swedish)!

Underwater images of Baltic Sea nature and marine research and drawings by Finnish illustrator Seppo Leinonen are on display in the station's main building.
11-15 Product sales at the reception
Including nature-themed books for children and adults, t-shirts, hoodies, kitchen towels - a wide range of specialised products for sale at the reception. Freshly baked archipelago dumplings, buns and rolls from the kitchen are also available for purchase.
11-14 Lunch in the restaurant
Price for adults €13.20, children under 12 €6.60.

12-13 pm Visit the research vessel Augusta
Tvärminne Zoological Station's catamaran R/V Augusta is at the pier and welcomes visitors on board. Crew and researchers on site.
12-13.30 pm The beach sauna in Tvärminne: Ladies' sauna
Come and enjoy the warmth of the beach sauna and take a dip in the sea! Bring your own towel and swimsuit. Price: 5 euros/person paid at the reception in the main building.
13.30-15 pm Beach sauna in Tvärminne: Men's sauna
Come and enjoy the warmth of the beach sauna and take a dip in the sea! Bring your own towel and swimsuit. Price: 5 euros/person payable at the reception in the main building.
13-15 pm Pimp your bun
Afternoon coffee or cocoa with the opportunity to pimp your own bun with delicious ingredients! Includes a bun and access to whipped cream, jam, almond paste, berries, dressings and other goodies. Marshmallows and chocolate chips for the cocoa.
Price €5.50 per person.
14.30 pm The Return of the Otter
In recent years, otters have become increasingly common in various parts of the country, including Hanko. Biologist and photographer Mikael Kilpi has actively followed the otters' trail and now shows pictures and tells about the otters in the Hanko archipelago.
