Theme 3: Sustainable food and water systems

Theme 3 focuses on the study of sustainable food and water systems. The research is based on the solid expertise of various faculties in the connections between food, water, the state of ecosystems, fair transition and the resilience of operators. The project investigates, among other things, production and consumption systems based on the circular economy, climate-smart food products, the environmental impact of new products and the control of pathogens in food production.
