Business Finland has awarded WELLS Principal Investigators Dr Henna Asikainen and Dr Nina Katajavuori Research to Business (R2B) -funding for a project aiming to develop and research the WELLS course in international company and higher education contexts.
The goals of the project are to study the applicability and impact of the WELLS intervention and the WELLS concept as a service concept in companies and other work organizations, and to explore commercialization routes for WELLS. The aim is to start an internationally scalable business immediately after the project.
The exciting new project also enabled expansion of the WELLS team; Aino Elina Muhonen started as Business Development Lead and Petri Junttila started as Business Development Manager, Topias Ukkonen started as a Software Developer, whilst Viktória Balla and Veera Lampinen started as Project Researchers.
The project kicked off at the start of August 2023 and is lasts for 1.5 years. Stay tuned for more updates!
