WELLS study wins award for most read article

The article, titled “Yliopisto-opiskelijoiden hyvinvointia ja opiskelutaitoja tukemassa”, published in 5.5.2021 (“Supporting university students’ well-being and study skills”) explored the changes in students’ well-being and study skills through the WELLS intervention course developed in the WELLS project.

Supporting the effectiveness of the course, the main findings of the article established that during the course students’ psychological flexibility, organized studying and well-being increased, whereas their stress scores decreased.

The award was granted in the annual 2022 Pedaforum conference, which brings together experts in higher education pedagogy all over Finland. Huge congratulations to Dr Asikainen and Dr Katajavuori!
