The agenda was rich and dense. It was composed of diverse presentations, competitions, and workshops dealing with current and relevant challenges and solutions of the agri-food sector, such as the transition to plant-based foods or the valorisation of sidestreams for food.
The schedule also included numerous slots for targeted matchmaking with other participants, providing the opportunity to network between professionals. Over 200 one to one business meetings were arranged during the event.
The event was a fantastic platform for COVERE² project. In addition to being proudly named by Vitagora’s director, Christophe Breuillet, during Vitagora’s General Assembly, the project poster was displayed in the main conference hall and consortium members from both Vitagora and ELEKS discussed the project with stakeholders on multiple occasions. The interest towards the project is strong and many interesting contacts were made.
