ATTX project documentation open for public

ATTX project has moved its documentation from Github's wiki to Github.io pages and it is now publicly available at https://attx-project.github.io/

Project's documentation is a living thing and it will receive updates through-out the whole project. Pages were implemented using GitBook, which converts markdown source files into really nice looking html site.
