Prof. Santos' and Bayer Oy will collaborate for the first time on a joint project to develop novel polymer-based nanodrug delivery systems for targeted therapy
We are very delighted to closely collaborate for the next 3.5 years with the company Bayer Oy on a joint project sharing a common post-graduate researcher, Voitto Känkänen, for developing novel polymer-based nanodrug delivery systems for targeted therapy.
The project will be supervised by Prof. Santos and Prof. Hirvonen at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Helsinki, and by Adjunct Prof. (Docent) Vimalkumar Balasubramanian at Bayer Oy.
Kick-off meeting of the project was in September 2018.
We very much looking forward to start this industrial collaboration with Bayer Oy.
