FOODNUTRI consists of 7 knowledge-based platforms providing know-how including tools and methods for food characteristics, physiological responses to food, consumer acceptance, food consumption and nutrient intake as well as on environmental and health impacts. Tools and databases for maintaining the dietary research infrastructure and assessing environmental burden of our diets will be expanded.
