For collaboration projects we can provide custom made image processing routines for both light and electron microscopy.

We are developing Microscopy Image Browser (MIB) - a free and open-source MATLAB based software package for image processing and visualization of multidimensional datasets. A project specific code is typically implemented as plug-ins for MIB.
