Helsinki Institute of Urban and Regional Studies (Urbaria) is the first multi-disciplinary urban research unit in Finland. The aim of Urbaria is to gather researchers and support the research, education and society interaction in the field of urban studies. Urbaria Community is a multi-disciplinary research network of the University of Helsinki.

So what does Urbaria do and what can it offer? What kind of support and activities would researchers hope from Urbaria?

Urbaria invites all UH researchers interested in participating in Urbaria activities to the kick-off event on Thursday 29th of October at 4 pm. Notice the new starting time!

You are warmly welcome to meet, greet and share your experiences and ideas about the future of the Urbaria community!
