The Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry is a community of experts in the responsible use of renewable resources both in Finland and globally. Our disciplines range from food, agricultural, forest and environmental sciences to economics.
The Faculty is located on the Viikki Campus. Some 250 Master’s degrees and 40 doctorates are completed at the Faculty every year.
The mission of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry is to promote the sustainable use of renewable natural resources through scientific research and research-based teaching. We cover the full natural resource chain from farm to fork, the entire field of forest sciences from soil chemistry to marketing, as well as the environmental effects of related activities.
