In the current world, working teams are more and more likely to be diverse and multicultural. The ability not only to recruit, but also to have the tools to include diversity in order to retain the workforce is gaining more attention, particularly in the business world. The interest lies in how to foster differences and make them a strength for the organization.

How diverse and multicultural teams can be best led? What are the challenges right now concerning diversity in teams? What is needed and what are the pitfalls in this process?

Welcome to hear introductory statements on this matter and discuss about the important theme. The language of this Think & Lead morning session is English. Pre-registration is needed and will open in November.

The pre-registration to the event is open now. Registration link here.
