Registration fees include conference program, lunches and coffees.
Networking event includes a cruise (1 hour) in the archipelago of Helsinki and a dinner at Helsinki city center (Restaurant Katajanokan Kasino).
Networking tickets are available until 10.09.2024 16:00 (Finland time zone) or until they're sold out as there are limited amount of tickets. Minimum group size for the networking event to be organised is 50 participants.
Please contact liisa.myllykangas@helsinki.fi, if you cannot participate in the cruise and prefer an alternative transportation to Helsinki city center.
Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, no prepaid cards) or against invoice (cheques will not be accepted). The invoice will be sent to your e-mail as a PDF document and EUR 18 invoicing fee will be added to the invoice. Note that an additional fee of EUR 18 will be charged for any changes to a sent invoice (e.g. invalid invoicing address or additional data not given below).
Finnish participants can request an e-invoice (verkkolasku) by giving their e-invoicing information (OVT, VAT reg/y-tunnus, operator) in the invoicing address fields.
For cancellations made by or on July 31, 2024, full refund (50 eur handling fee will be deducted).
For cancellations made after July 31, 2024, no refunds will be made. 100% payment to be made if fees not paid at the time of cancellation. No-show is not considered a cancellation. Denial of a visa application to Finland does not entitle a participant to any refunds.
